Group Meets
Interpersonal Process Training Group
This experiential group is for adults who are curious about how communication and relationship patterns unfold in real time. Members talk together about their reactions, impressions, and experiences in the group, using those moments to better understand how they relate to others. While the group is not psychotherapy, many participants find the experience personally meaningful and professionally enriching. The group tends to work best for people who are open to curiosity about themselves and willing to explore how they show up in relationships.
