Dr. Matos Santana graduated from the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University with specialty in General and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Matos has executive training at Yale School of Management and he became a faculty and medical administrator. Dr. Matos has over 13 years of experience in the field of mental health and addiction services.
