I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) with over a decade of nursing experience in a variety of settings, including oncology, palliative care, geriatrics, urgent care, and veterans' health. These experiences have helped build my skills in supporting people during difficult life transitions and challenges. My ideal patients are those who are seeking improvement in quality of life and are willing to embark on a collaborative journey to enhanced mental well-being.

My passion lies in developing a deep understanding of my patients' values and helping them align their healthcare with those values. I offer a unique set of skills in whole-person approaches to mental health wellness, incorporating medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual treatment concepts.
