Hello! This is Grace Manglet, DNP. I am a board Certified Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges. I see clients via a secure Telepsychiatry platform. I use a holistic approach to Psychiatric and Mental Health issues, and focus on helping my clients create and maintain meaningful changes in their lives. Integration of mindfulness, meditation, exercise and healthy nutrition are essential components of my practice.
I see adult clients with issues which are of mild to moderate in complexity. Although face to face sessions with a provider are ideal, our current pace of life makes the need for convenience and comfort through telepsychiatry essential. If you have acute issues which need emergency care, social or legal support, this service will not be sufficient for you.
I am a certified EMDR therapist, who uses it to Optimize care for all my clients. I received my Bachelors in Nursing from India, Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from Columbia University in NY, and a doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan.
