Programming consists of a mixture of: Rational emotive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance, procrastination, anger reduction, coping strategies, trauma, interpersonal therapy, self-compassion, mindfulness, and forgiveness. Our programming is offered to address BOTH mental health AND substance use disorders.
Every individual is unique, and we work with clients to develop a plan that is consistent with their values. Our style is very thorough, yet relaxed and conversational. The treatment plan that we will develop is very balanced and evidence based. We won’t recommend a medication unless we truly believe it would benefit you.
