Therapy does not have to take a long time. My physical offices are actually in Riverside & Moreno Valley. I assist individuals & couples to successfully get through their difficult (or ongoing) stage) of their lives to acquire a healthier, more effective perspective of their relationships, their situations, & their lives. My professional background for the past 2 decades include working with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma, grief & loss, Family/Parenting concerns, relationship issues, Depression, & Anxiety-Related challenges.
Many people have had their "Ground Zero" moments in their lives and those moments still have some power over them today - Most of my clients report of having experienced positive changes in their life within 1-4 sessions. My interest is to ask poignant questions to get to the bottom of the problem(s). My clients usually acknowledge of me being direct.
I have dedicated my professional practice to assisting people going through rough times. My fee for Individual counseling and/or Couple's therapy sessions are $160 per 50 minute session. Generally, the average amount of sessions for couples are 3-6 depending on the issues presented. Since 2015, I have nearly a 100% success rate for clients using EMDR.
