I am currently working with Headway. I have a long history of mental health experience. I was a psychiatric RN for 7 years and have been a PMHNP, prescribing medication, for 3.
I work with 18+. I am open to people from all walks of life. I am a very empathetic person, having done my own inner work. I primarily work with depression, adhd, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ptsd, and occasionally schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder.
I offer self pay and take most major insurances through Headway, which is virtual only.
Self pay is $100 for initial intake & $60 for follow up.
I am licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia.
Taylor Skinner graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has an MSN in Leadership and Management as well as a Bachelor’s of Anthropology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
She believes applying cultural sensitivity and diversity training to her practice, as well as being supportive and open to treating members of all communities. Furthermore, as a nurse practitioner, she believes treating the whole person is best practice in order to help heal and for an individual to have the best quality of life.
