Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I worked as an ICU nurse, including two years in a COVID unit. Those experiences shaped my calm, steady, and compassionate style as a psychiatric provider. I use my advanced training to diagnose, prescribe, and create medication management plans that are practical and personal.
Outside of work, I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, lifting weights, and reading. I love staying active and learning from different perspectives.
