Now accepting clients in FL and MA! I primarily offer psychotherapy and integrate medications and other interventions as needed. I work with clients that often experience feeling externally functional but internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can't quite understand. I help clients slow down, listen more deeply to their inner and unconscious worlds, and make sense of how their histories, relationships, and patterns of being shape the present so they can move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and self-understanding.

My work is primarily psychodynamic, existential, and integrative. I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle interventions, medication education, deprescribing support, and, for established clients, optional tarot or astrology as tools for reflection and self-inquiry.
