I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing integrative psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my BS in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, my MSN from the University of Illinois Chicago, and my PMHNP certificate from the University of Cincinnati. My training at Mayo Clinic, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Children’s Minnesota shaped my calm, supportive approach to care.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related concerns, burnout, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping patients who feel stuck or have not found relief with prior treatment, using an integrative, whole-person approach.
I approach medication conservatively and intentionally, emphasizing education, shared decision-making, and ongoing reassessment.
