| Español My practice often centers neurodivergent people, especially those who are gifted, autistic, or have ADHD. Many are dealing with perfectionism, anxiety, or long-term trauma. Many are also BIPOC and LGBTQ+ and want a provider who truly sees and understands them.
I also have a strong medical background and broad experience across many areas of psychiatry. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns and help people better understand what they’re feeling and find simple, practical tools that actually work.
I’m a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified neurodiversity specialist. I trained in psychiatry at California’s only HBCU and in holistic health at one of the first university-based programs in the country. I provide culturally aware, goal-focused, holistic virtual psychiatric care.
