Maybe you were diagnosed with ADHD later in life, have spent years managing anxiety or overwhelm, or are beginning to recognize how trauma and neurodivergence have shaped the way you function.
I provide collaborative psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults, with particular interests in ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, and women’s mental health. I especially enjoy complex presentations where symptoms overlap and don’t fit neatly into one diagnostic box.
I believe psychiatric care works best when you understand your options and have a meaningful voice in your treatment. My goal is to offer care that is evidence-based, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative, where you are taken seriously without being reduced to a diagnosis.
