I work at Pacific Phoenix Psychiatry and TMS In Vancouver WA. I provide telehealth and in person visits and am accepting new clients. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I appreciate the courage and strength that it takes to reach out for help. I celebrate your bravery! I have a very patient centered approach and enjoy partnering with my clients. Prior to getting my specialty in psychiatric mental health, I had thirteen years experience as a family nurse practitioner specializing in emergency medicine and urgent care.
I strive to create an open environment where my patients can share and know they will be welcome and not judged. My special interests are in the LGBTQ+ community. I am a member of this community and have firsthand experience of being part of a marginalized group and the challenges that can create. I can help with gender affirming surgery letters.
My hope is to bring compassion, encouragement, and even laughter to our sessions. It is said that laughter is one of the best "medicines". I try to incorporate it into our time together whenever it is appropriate. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, my pets and riding motorcycles! Give me a call.
