I’m a dual-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric‑mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in supporting women who are carrying a lot but rarely have a space to rest. My work centers whole‑person, culturally affirming care with a focus on emotional wellness, stress, anxiety, and the unique pressures faced by high‑achieving women. I create a calm, supportive environment where clients can slow down, feel seen, and build practical skills that help them move toward a softer, more aligned life.
In our first session, we’ll slow things down and get to know what’s been weighing on you, what brought you to treatment, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, your current stressors, and the patterns you’ve noticed in your mood, relationships, or daily life.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a calm, culturally affirming space where high‑achieving women—especially Black women—can finally exhale. I blend clinical expertise with a warm, grounded presence that helps clients feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
