I'm a Dual Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. with over 25 years of clinical experience working in different areas of healthcare. I have experience in both outpatient and inpatient mental healthcare. Specializing in Women’s Mental Health & Wellness. My passion for working with Women’s Mental Health began with my own journey of being a single parent raising my son while juggling my educational journey and a career. I understand the challenges that women face.
I can relate to the many struggles we all go through at some point in our lives. I understand firsthand the balancing act of maintaining your OWN needs while managing a career, continuing your education, raising decent children (I have 19 yo college student), being a supportive spouse, and being a caretaker to aging parents.
