At Payne Influential Mental Health we take pride in helping to manage most mental health conditions. My clients determine how each session is led based on their needs. I am a perinatal provider offering comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnosing conditions such as postpartum depression or anxiety. I offer medication management during pregnancy, postpartum, and if breastfeeding while carefully balancing the risks and benefits.

I have a passion to promote the advantages of mental health treatment. I advocate for the benefits of mental health resources not only in a time of need, but also as a healthy maintenance when trying to manage life and its potential daily stressors. I am now listed on Grow Therapy and Headway to offer each client more insurance options.

I specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of mental health disorders. I offer medication management and medical monitoring as necessary. I am proud to offer psychiatric genetic testing through Tempus. I also offer ADHD testing that can be completed at home through QbCheck. Both tests are not typically covered by insurance.
