Tara offers medication management for many common mental health conditions including, anxiety, depression, and OCD. She has a special interest in women’s mental health including reproductive/perinatal psychiatry and major life transitions. She includes multiple brief psychotherapy modalities within her medication management appointments.
Tara is a lifelong learner and loves what she does! While she began her career in neuroscience and neurosurgery, she was drawn to psychiatry. She too has endured hardships in her own life which have strengthened her ability to connect with her patients on a level that only lived experience can create. She can’t wait to meet with you!
