Accepting New Clients! I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience across the lifespan. I started in a Surgical Trauma ICU helping patients and their families navigate through difficult traumatic experiences. I have always believed in the resiliency of the human spirit and have devoted my practice to providing care that is empathetic, evidenced-based, and unique to the individual. I try to provide a wholistic approach to treatment and advocate for optimizing brain health with medications, nutrition, exercise, supplements, and talk therapy.
I provide medication management, talk therapy, and gene testing for adults 18-65 primarily with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, OCD, eating disorders, and PTSD. I have a strong focus on the mental health needs of women, as they can face individual genetic challenges. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments.
I believe every person has unique needs and unique treatment goals. I work directly with patients to ensure we are meeting those needs. I undestand that time is valuable, but I want you to know that I will take the time to listen to your needs. You will never feel rushed in my appointments.
