Welcome! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist with training in conventional and alternative medicine. I treat adults of all ages with many conditions including trauma, anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, sexual orientation and gender identity concerns. I have experience working with college and graduate students and professionals with occupational burnout.
Working from a holistic, integrative psychiatry framework, I offer psychotherapy and medication visits that incorporate complementary modalities such as mindfulness, herbs and nutritional supplements, and sleep, diet, and exercise counseling.
I start with a phone consultation and then one or more virtual visits determine whether or not we are the best therapeutic fit. I now accept AETNA insurance and for all other clients can offer a superbill for reimbursement of out-of-network services.
