I’m Tannia Salazar, a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing integrative psychiatric medication management for adults across Connecticut navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PMDD.
I approach care holistically, supporting both mental and physical health. When appropriate, I incorporate basic primary care and wellness screenings to help ensure underlying health factors aren’t overlooked. My goal is for each person to feel grounded, understood, and genuinely supported throughout their care.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I begin with a thoughtful psychiatric evaluation to better understand each person’s history, symptoms, and goals. Together, we create personalized treatment plans that consider emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors.
