I am a Board Certified PMHNP, and I work with individuals experiencing complex or acute mental health concerns, including mood disorders, severe anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I also support women navigating mental health during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, often after recent hospitalizations, medication changes, or disruptions in care. Some are unsure about treatment or have had mixed experiences in the past. Others may be struggling with trust, motivation, or understanding what’s happening to them. All are welcome, regardless of where they are in the process.

I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia, and co-occurring substance use, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, unstable, or navigating difficult life transitions. I provide individualized care and medications as needed to help you feel stable and supported.
