Growing up Korean American, immersed in Korean music, dance, and community, I saw early on how deeply identity and belonging shape our mental health. My background also includes working with refugee communities, supporting individuals and families through displacement and cultural transition.
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with specialized certification in perinatal mental health, and my mission is to create a safe and nurturing space for my clients. As a woman and person of color, I understand firsthand that healthcare doesn't always feel accessible or safe for everyone. Those experiences shape how I practice
I especially enjoy supporting women, as well as people from diverse cultural backgrounds who have struggled to feel fully seen in healthcare. Whether you're facing mood changes, anxiety, grief, or simply carrying too much for too long, your full story is welcome here.
