About
I have experience working with people of all age ranges, but primarily I focus on youth and adults between 16-60 years of age. As a PMHNP I am trained and have experience working with the whole spectrum of mental health including anxiety, bipolar, depression, mood, personality, psychosis, sleep, trauma and other mental health disorders. I have a particular passion for helping those who struggle with substance use in achieving their personal goals toward a healthier relationship with their use, and a healthier life overall. I am willing to meet you where you are at and collaborate on a plan to help you with your mental health goals.
As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I can help with therapy, psychotropic medications, and in some cases offer transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Currently, I am taking new clients and look forward to meeting you.
I work primarily out of NeuStart Psychiatry's Portland clinic, however we are also offering video and telephone sessions as well. We also have a clinic located in Salem. Start feeling better today, and call to set up your appointment.
