Many of my clients are adults who are used to being the dependable one—the professional, caregiver, or support system for others—while quietly managing anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, emotional changes, or chronic stress. They may appear capable and composed on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, unfocused, or emotionally stretched thin. They are often seeking improved focus, a more stable mood, better sleep, and greater emotional balance so they can show up more fully for themselves—not only for everyone else.
I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults in New York and Georgia through telehealth and limited in-person appointments. I commonly work with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, burnout, and life transitions. Care is collaborative and tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences.
