For more than a decade I have assisted many people, with different types of illness and very different needs. What I have learned is that no matter what, people need to feel heard, understood, and they need to feel safe. That is when healing begins. I strive to help my clients find the right balance of medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes to manage their mental health effectively.
I offer a personal approach to mental health care. My goal is to provide compassionate support and tailored treatment plans for those struggling with a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
I understand, psychiatric symptoms can be scary, and sometimes require life-long medication. More often, I find people may need a lot of help for a little while, then less help through medication, and sometimes no medications at all.
