I am looking for patients who want to set goals and make real progress towards getting to know themselves better despite their underlying mental health symptoms. I am interested in working with clients who do not define themselves by their mental illness be it anxiety, depression or ADHD. My ideal patients are those looking to break free from the cycle and are motivated to make positive, practical changes in their life.
Our first interaction would begin with a free phone call to discuss your expectations and get to know each other. Following, we can schedule a diagnostic assessment and discuss treatment options and/or medications.
As a dual certified Life Coach Practitioner/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I can help discern core beliefs and values at a deeper level to identify and assist with the best path forward - including both medication management and coaching.
Additionally, I offer an extended amount of time with each patient to make sure that we cover all areas of concern.
I strive to be as real as possible with my patients and that's what you will get with me. I take time with my patients to really get to know who you are. I am compassionate, caring and down to earth.
