I am a board-certified psychiatrist trained in both medication management and psychotherapy to treat a wide variety of psychiatric disorders. Prior to pursuing a career in psychiatry and psychotherapy in the U.S., I also had formal training and extensive clinical experience in primary care medicine in Japan.

With expertise both in psychiatry and primary care medicine, I combine traditional psychiatric treatment and integrative medicine-based treatment to optimize the well-being of the mind and body as a whole. I have private practice offices in New York City and New Jersey, and provide telepsychiatry services throughout MA, CA, TX, IL, GA, MD, AL, TN, KY & WA.

I am also on staff at Mount Sinai Morningside and West Hospitals, where I am an Attending Psychiatrist in the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program, and am an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
