Care is innovative, relational, collaborative, & unhurried, without giving up clinical rigor. I specialize in working with patients experiencing treatment-resistant depression, narcissistic abuse syndrome, clinician burnout, & those interested in antidepressant tapering.
My approach is integrative, meaning I incorporate conventional treatments (ie: prescription medication) with alternative treatments (evidence-based supplements & lifestyle modifications). I also work on FDA-approved psychedelic clinical trials & although these treatments are not yet legal, I can help you understand how they might fit into your future care.
Medication has a real role in promoting mental wellness, but it's not the answer for everyone. We'll look at the evidence together and build a plan around what's actually driving your symptoms, not just what's easiest to prescribe. You are the expert on your body and together, we will determine the best treatment approach for you.
