I am a contemplative, integrative psychiatrist and therapist who treats children, adolescents, and adults. I work best with patients and families who are looking to grow and heal in the context of a supportive relationship and dynamic, collaborative work together. People who are looking for a co-investigator on their team, looking at how dimensions of the human experience have unfolded for each person, considering social systems, biology, spirituality, strengths, values, and goals as information and guideposts.
Above all else, I believe in the power of relationships in the path toward wholeness, which is why I focus on regular, long-term therapeutic work with patients. In my practice I use a variety of therapy modalities, medications that are both prescribed and integrative, expanded states of consciousness, and suggestions for lifestyle changes as aids.
