At Synergy NeuroPsychiatry, our approach is an integrated one, tailoring to patient’s individual needs and treating them as a whole individual. We coordinate care with Primary Care Physician, Neurology, and therapists.
Dr. Verma is a board certified Psychiatrist, with expertise in treating variety of mental health issues. She specializes in treating complex cases with medical, and neurological co-morbidities. Mental illnesses are not just about "chemical imbalance in neurotransmitters". These are brain disorders, with structural changes in brain areas, and neural circuits.
Dr. Verma’s is a small solo practice with emphasis on patient centered care using current practice guidelines.
