I am a board -certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in both outpatient and hospital -based care. My practice offers a holistic, thoughtful approach, and I greatly value the role of education in helping patients and families feel more informed, empowered, and engaged throughout the treatment process. I am also trained in dance/movement therapy and incorporate a mind-body approach into care when clinically relevant.

I specialize in diagnostic evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and eating disorders with co-morbid psychiatric concerns. I often work closely with other treatment members (e.g. therapist, primary care provider) to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
