I offer support to patients and caregivers, assisting people going through the process of grief. By working together, we establish individual goals and steps to meet them in customized manner.
My clients enjoy the individualized approach that I provide each time, along with unwavering support, compassion and empathy. I treat my patients the way I want me and my family treated - with respect and kindness. Telepsychiatry is also available upon request.
I use a variety of approaches including CBT, mindfulness, client - centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution - focused therapy. I know that life is not easy and my empathetic personality will have a healing effect on you.
