As a Vanderbilt-educated psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) trained in the integrated model of care and certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), I understand that the mind and body are interconnected. I am passionate about helping individuals find peace and balance in their lives through a combination of traditional psychiatric treatments and the integration of mindfulness and movement practices. I use a holistic approach to understand my patients as a whole person, rather than just their symptoms or diagnoses. I work with patients to develop a personalized treatment plan to help achieve their goals, utilizing compassion, gentle humor, and the latest research in the field of mental health.
