I offer medication management and brief CBT for a wide range of mental health challenges, always thoughtfully tailored to your needs and goals. Dr. Grover and I, who make up TapRoot Healing, also offer in-office ketamine treatments, when appropriate. For clients struggling with substance use, we can provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
My style is warm and collaborative, and my goal is a respectful, trust-centered partnership. I bring thoughtful attention to your unique experience, creating a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out—you just have to show up.
