I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, panic, PTSD, depression, ADHD, OCD, tic disorders, and behavioral concerns. I'm a Hopkins-trained Psychiatrist with over 15yrs of clinical experience with additional training in child and adolescent psychiatry. I provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to help address your current needs. Treatment may include therapy, medication, lifestyle modifications, or a combination of options. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you and your family to learn, to grow, and to make positive changes.
As a parent myself, I realize life can be challenging so I also provide therapeutic coaching to parents who may need additional support or parenting guidance.
