Hello. I provide individualized medication management and therapy for adults with conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders, and problems related to trauma/PTSD.

I am both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified in each area. I earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing degree as well as multiple certifications and undergraduate nursing degrees. I have many years of experience caring for people of all ages.

My philosophy of practice is one of servanthood. I also believe in providing care that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit to each person’s individualized issues. I will develop an evidence-based plan of care specifically tailored to each individual's specific needs.
