I am not an MD I do NOT prescribe medication...I have been a therapist for more than 30 years. During that time I have lived through many of the life events my clients may have been or are experiencing. I am the daughter of an aging mother, the mother of married children and a grandmother. I have experienced the loss of a parent and my spouse and understand all the emotions that come along with all life's stressful events, both joyous and sad.
Because I am a nurse as well as a psychotherapist I have the knowledge of both mind and body and the connections they have with each other. however I do Not prescribe medication
Over the years I have studied the traditional psychotherapy methods as well as alternative therapies (balancing through the use of Flower Essences).
I consider myself a very interactive therapist and I believe therapy is a collaborative experience that can lead to the ability to deal with life's challenges. I do NOT prescibe medication
