I specialize in helping patients experience relief from struggles like depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, constant worry and fear, insomnia, and irritability. Clients often need short and long term solutions to problems that are preventing them from performing at work, having fulfilling relationships and feeling their best.
I enjoy meeting my clients in person, especially for our first visit which is 75 minutes long. At this visit, I invite you to share about you and your life as well as your key areas of struggle. At our first visit, I will often prescribe your medications and provide recommendations on diet, lifestyle and I provide short-term supportive therapy.
I have a warm approach and purposefully have a very small "boutique" practice. You can reach out to me anytime and are assured a quick response. I use a patient-centered approach, meaning I value you and what makes you unique. This means offering a safe space to welcoming diversity including neurodivergent, LGTBQ-IA, all races, and religious backgrounds.
