I am a double board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and have been providing mental health services since 2021 in outpatient and in-home settings. I see individuals ages 18 and up. My therapeutic stance is there is no one size fits all. My focus is to provide a realistic approach while still maintaining safety and integrity. I believe to meet people where they are and work to empower them. Working together on individualized plans helps to ensure the best outcome.
