Welcome—I'm glad you’re here.  If you are ready to find balance, relate better to those who care about you, and have a sense of peace— I will walk that path with you. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia — especially when those challenges interfere with relationships, self-esteem, physical health, and functioning. People get caught in cycles. When anxiety or depression worsens your ability to function, this poor functioning then worsens your anxiety and depression. I am a holistic PMHNP, Board Certified in Child, Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry with 31 years in the field, and 11 years managing emergencies in the ER. While I specialize in diagnosing, and prescribing medication, I have years of research in alternative and supplemental therapies as well, offering brief solutions or ongoing guidance to individuals.

Many clients come with past frustrations due to getting unhelpful advice from friends, family, the internet, or treatments that just made things worse. My focus is understanding your story, then making a plan that is evidence based, unique to you, adjustable, and helps your self esteem— I look forward to meeting you.
