My approach combines thoughtful medication management with practical strategies to help people feel better again and regain balance in their lives. Growing up in a family of mental health dysfunction led me to continue my education to become both a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner after practicing as a registered nurse for more than 20 years. I understand the importance of taking care of ourselves and our families.
