I'm also a believer in other interventional treatments, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy. Prior to practicing in outpatient care, Elisa worked in long-term care diagnosing and treating adults with major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, and dementia.

I am a board-certified advanced nurse practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine since 2015. I provide Psychiatric Evaluation and medication management services both in person and through Tele-medicine to ages 14 and older. I devote my time, attention, and work collaboratively with each individual to customized the goals, interventions, and to optimize care plans. Zaw Win, MD is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Win was elected by the Membership Committee and the Board of Trustees of the American Psychiatric Association to be a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA) in recognition of his significant contributions to the field of psychiatry. Dr. Win completed his psychiatry residency training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1998.

Andrea Yoshiko Carter is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has experience treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, and bipolar disorder. Andrea has received training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and is certified in brainspotting.

He received his Master of Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, Baltimore. He obtained Post-Masters Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University, Philadelphia. After extensive experience ranging from critical care medicine, emergency medicine and Trauma-Surgical program, he proceeded to University of Texas Rio Grande Valley for Post-Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
