Our goal at Sunflower Psychiatry is to help our clients achieve a balanced lifestyle. We develop a three-pronged approach to patient care by incorporating nutritional, chemical and therapeutic aspects catered towards each client’s needs. Our approach offers alternative interventions-with a focus on diet and nutrition- in addition to traditional medication management.
We treat a variety of mental health issues, ranging from insomnia, ADHD, Depression, PTSD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, to eco-anxiety and OCD. We can also help taper down medications in those who seek to reduce or stop their previous treatment. With the patient, we develop a plan to make goals attainable so progress is maintainable.
