I currently work with children, teens, and adults under the age of 65.
As a former gymnastics coach, I work well with student athletes. As a previous nurse-midwife, I also have speciality knowledge about pregnancy and postpartum. Additionally, I have experience working with people with alternative lifestyles, non-binary, transgender, polyamorous, etc.
I implement evidence-based practice guidelines to provide high quality, comprehensive and compassionate mental health care, and use clinical skills in addition to building a strong rapport with my patients.
