I enjoy working with individuals who have had struggles and are working toward improving the quality of their lives. These struggles include depression; anxiety; mood issues, such as irritability; fair or poor sleep and other issues that arise as a result of their struggles.
My clinical goals include helping individuals gain more understanding about symptoms, available choices to add quality to their journey, and to encourage them to find a therapist, if they are interested.
I have 20 years of experience as a psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. I am board certified as a PMHCNS-BC. My work has been in outpatient psychiatric clinics.

I understand the complexities of aging and and the impacts on mental heath that occur with this process. I have deep insight into the struggles associated with adults and ADHD. In addition, I have considerable knowledge about the struggles of LGBTQ individuals.
