After returning to the United States, I spent some time with my family in Tampa, FL and put myself through the tedious licensure process here. Dr. D'Agostino is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), and has a subspeciality Board Certification in Addiction Medicine; he is a Suboxone provider, and treats a variety of substance use disorders with medication assisted treatment (MAT) and therapy (as needed). He specializes in the treatment of adults and late-adolescents, with expertise in medication management and therapy for conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, opioid and alcohol use disorder.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

After completing medical training at Yale medical school, I began my career in family medicine. Even at that time, I was interested in mental health and addiction. As a physician assistant, I can provide medical care, evaluations, med management including anti-craving medications. So much of our lives are affected by our state mind and a prescription is not always the answer. Sometimes it is the other resources to assist the patient. My objective is to work with the patient to achieve their goals for a healthy lifestyle. I get a wave of excitement when I watch people turn their lives around! Dr. Varshney is Board Certified in General Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Varshney was born and raised in Sikkim, India. She graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Dr. Varshney completed her residency in psychiatry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine/ Elmhurst Hospital Center, in New York City. She then went on to complete a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Worcester, Massachusetts, Department of Law and Psychiatry.

Dr. Zimko is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in the Tampa Bay Area. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Delaware in 2012 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Minors in Medical Humanities, Medical Diagnostics, and Biology. He graduated from Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated his Psychiatry Residency at Largo Medical Center in 2020 and was Chief Resident in his final year. He serves as part of the the Medical Executive Committee of Suncoast Behavioral Health Center. His hobbies include cooking, home-brewing and spending time with his Wife, Daughter, & Corgi (Luna)
