My primary focus is treating individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder and many other psychiatric conditions. For those struggling with opiate and alcohol dependence I prescribe medications to promote and regain a substance free lifestyle. My focus is on the adult population from 18 to 65 years old. Welcome to Half Full Psychiatry, where my objective as a medication prescriber and a mental health provider is to build a "glass half full perspective". This does not mean I primarily rely on medications to solve an individual's problem. I am currently a father of young children, a husband, a caregiver to my elderly father, a son who lost my mother abruptly. I was also once a student who found it difficult to navigate the social and academic life.

Accepting new patients. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 3+ years of experience. I graduated from University of St. Joseph, West Hartford, CT in May 2020 with "summa cum laude" and "Florence Nightingale Nursing Award".

I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I am an APRN specializing in psychiatric/mental health. I have over ten years of experience working in behavioral health nursing with diverse populations. I obtained my Master’s in Nursing- FNP and Post-Graduate Certification in PMHNP from Chamberlain University and Frontier Nursing University, respectively. Mental health, addiction, and empowering patients through effective patient-provider engagement have always been my passion. My doctoral project was on effective depresion management in older adults using shared decision-making and antidepressant compliance.

I obtained my Bachelor and Master's of science in nursing degree from University of Hartford and Walden University respectively. Dr. Matthew Campbell received his medical degree from the University of Washington. He completed psychiatry residency and an addiction fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein. He provides telepsychiatry for adults throughout Connecticut. He is currently taking new patients interested in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training.) This is an evidenced based therapy for people (CSO) affected by someone (IP) with an addiction. It has 3 goals of: improved mental health/quality of life of CSO, decreased substance use by IP and much higher treatment engagement to address substance use for IP.

Michelle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry. She has many years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Her Masters Degree is from Pace University. Michelle is a trauma-informed provider with extensive experience as the Director of Nursing in a Correctional facility and understands First Responders, Veterans, and their challenges.

Rory Condon APRN is a board-certified lifespan psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. He has been active in mental health care for over a decade in a variety of different patient centered roles. Rory's previous professional experience has been with individuals across the spectrum of psychiatric care from those requiring acute stabilization to ongoing maintenance care. He worked at Yale Psychiatric Hospital, the Yale Crisis Intervention Unit, and High Watch Recovery Center among other settings. Rory received the Outstanding Newcomer Award from Yale New Haven Health System, being named one of the best APRNs hired in 2018.
