I’m a solo, independent psychiatrist who is not associated with large telehealth platforms. I work exclusively with men. Men who are tired of the runaround and who know the mainstream “pill for every emotion” approach to psychiatry has fallen short. While I treat a range of issues, I specialize in helping men reduce medications safely, improve sleep naturally, and manage the kind of stress that wears you down but often goes unnoticed. My goal is the same as yours: get you off unnecessary medications, get you sleeping better, and help your body and mind handle the stress that’s been building for far too long.

I practice nutritional and metabolic psychiatry, running advanced labs to study your body chemistry. I interpret results through the lens of functional and nutritional medicine, and try to use as few drugs as I need to. I get to the root of mental health issues using minerals, pharmaceutical-grade supplements, and your body’s natural ability to heal.
