Through Inside Out CURE, my focus is to help individuals become more Compassionate, Understanding, and aware of their strengths and vulnerabilities, while developing Resilience & Empathy. I am a Harvard trained infant, child, & adult psychiatrist. Because of my unique background in infancy, parenting, perinatal health, ADHD, child and adult psychiatry, I offer services to all age groups by applying principals of psychotherapy, pharmacology, and neuroscience. I also do school consultation and provide comprehensive evaluations for excessive social media use, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and stress or burnout.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I am a physician with more than overall 30 years of clinical experience and 25 years in my private psychiatry and psychoanalysis practice. During my time at psychiatry residency program at University of Maryland I have been trained under the guidance of leading psychiatrists and psychoanalysts of the country in all psychiatry and psychotherapy models and methods with a special emphasis on psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapies.
