Victoria Counseling Services is an outpatient Adult Psychiatry, established in 2015 following the sudden death of a beloved younger sister, Victoria, who suffered from severe depression and PTSD for most of her adult years. As a patient, expect to be an active participant in your treatment plan.

Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.

She received a Bachelor's in Biology and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Stockton University. She worked as a pharmacy technician for 5 years and as a nurse for 5 years before completing her Master's education at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Ruby is incredibly passionate about the destigmatization of mental health and addiction.

Dr. Allison Jackson is a Harvard-trained board-certified psychiatrist who opened MindfulMD as a way to provide individually tailored, compassionate psychiatric care for her patients. She is accepting new patients in Florida (in-person and virtual) and Massachusetts (virtual only). She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, sexual health issues, bipolar disorder, PTSD, derm-psych conditions i.e. skin picking and trichotillomania, and many more.
